Trevon Dawson

Trévon Dawson brings over 12 years of comprehensive experience in property management, spanning both multifamily and commercial assets throughout the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region. Before joining The Menkiti Group, Trévon served as a Property Manager with Hines Management, where he successfully oversaw more than 630,000 square feet of office space and managed a multi-million-dollar annual operating budget. His tenure at Stream Realty further enhanced his expertise, as he was responsible for the management of over 20 commercial properties, two shopping centers, and a mixed-use residential development.

As Property Manager at The Menkiti Group, Trévon oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of assets within the MG Services Portfolio. His responsibilities include ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, financially sound, and fully compliant with local regulations and company standards. Trévon manages tenant relations and lease administration, coordinates repairs and capital improvements, negotiates service contracts, and prepares operating budgets and detailed financial reports—all while prioritizing tenant satisfaction and long-term asset value.

Beyond his work in real estate, Trévon Dawson is a multifaceted entrepreneur and minister with a diverse professional background. A trained archivist, he has contributed his expertise to respected organizations such as the Black Academy of Arts & Letters, PBS, and SiriusXM. His creative pursuits extend to producing, music, and culinary arts—where he continues to engage audiences as a producer, YouTuber, musician, and chef.
