With a strong background in sales strategy, operational excellence, and client coordination, Lydia is dedicated to delivering seamless real estate experiences as The Menkiti Group’s Client Relations Manager. Lydia joined MG to revitalize the homebuying, investment, and equity-building journey for all.

After moving to the DMV, Lydia leveraged her expertise in professional sales, marketing, and operations management. Her passion for connecting people is evident through her curated networking events across the DC Metro, designed to embrace, enlighten, and encourage success, happiness, and wellness. Lydia is a proactive problem-solver, skilled in relationship management, process improvement, and real estate operations—always thinking ahead while remaining present in every moment.

Lydia is a Chicago native born on The Sox side and raised with The Cubs! She spent her youth writing poetry, short stories, and rewriting lyrics from everyone’s favorite albums. Lydia’s passion for creativity led her to attend Roosevelt University, where she studied Journalism and began an eventful career in creative writing, journalism, and blogging. Throughout undergrad, her commitment to community led her to attend Summer Programs with The Institute For Humane Studies at Princeton University—an amazing experience filled with full days of controlled debates and endless conversations on behaviors and balancing perception versus reality.
