LuChiea Hinnant is a faith-led Realtor, entrepreneur, and community advocate with over 20 years of experience serving families across Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Her journey into real estate began at age 21 after purchasing her first home through HPAP, sparking a lifelong mission to help others build wealth and purpose through homeownership. In addition to her real estate career, LuChiea has served in public service roles supporting vulnerable populations—experiences that shaped her commitment to housing access, advocacy, and healing.
She is the founder of several impactful organizations, including Chosen to Win Inc., Chosen & Called Out (Ekklesia DC), and the Joshua Heart Foundation, all of which support returning citizens, youth, and trauma survivors. As CEO of It’s Ovah Fashion, Real Estate & Lifestyle Consultancy, she combines housing, design, and empowerment in innovative ways.
