Kevin Choi

Kevin Choi currently serves as Investments Associate at The Menkiti Group, supporting the company’s Obsidian Catalyst Fund, a middle-market private equity fund targeting opportunistic and value-add investments across the Mid-Atlantic and New England. In his role, Kevin also provides assistance across acquisitions, development, capital markets, and asset management.

Prior to joining The Menkiti Group, Kevin spent time working across real estate acquisitions, financing, and portfolio management, and he most recently held roles at Ernst Equities and Anchor Health Properties. Additionally, Kevin worked for several years as an architect and project manager at Stantec.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Yonsei University in South Korea and a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2026, Kevin completed his Master of Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University.
