Param Bhatta

Param is currently the Investments Associate at The Menkiti Group. In his role, Param supports Urban Transformation projects across acquisitions, development, and asset/portfolio management. He is also responsible for assisting the Director of Investments in analysis, underwriting, and execution of investments; capital expansion; investor relations; and fund management.

Prior to joining The Menkiti Group, Param worked at several companies in real estate investment. Most recently, he worked at Bonaventure as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst for their private REIT. While there he analyzed multifamily and commercial properties for investment throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. Outside of work, Param is involved with a number of non-profit groups and founded an organization called Food for All Initiative earlier this year.

Param received a B.A. from The University of Virginia majoring in both Economics and Religious Studies, and an M.S. in Finance from The McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia.
