Charles Lee Jones Jr. is a Washington, DC based Operations and Office Manager and Creative Director with over six years of experience driving operational excellence across administrative, human resources, and IT functions. He previously spent two years, from 2022 to 2024, as Office Manager at The Menkiti Group, partnering across business units to keep operations, HR, and IT running smoothly and efficiently.

Beyond his operational leadership, Charles is an active entrepreneur and artist. Since January 2024, he has served as Owner and Creative Director of 187coded, a brand specializing in custom upcycled clothing, home décor, and visual artwork. His work has earned him recognition, including placing eighth in the 2026 Entrepreneur of Impact competition, exhibiting his art across multiple showcases, and designing more than one hundred custom products.
