Anh Nguyen

Anh Nguyen is a Chief of Staff and operations leader with over fifteen years of experience building the infrastructure organizations need to grow effectively. She currently serves as Chief of Staff at The Menkiti Group, a Washington DC based real estate organization, where she partners with Bo Menkiti and executive leadership to bring structure, alignment, and operational discipline to a fast growing business.

Prior to joining The Menkiti Group, Anh spent a decade at Billups, an AdTech company, advancing from Executive Assistant to Global Chief of Staff and Head of Operations. During her tenure, she helped grow the organization from 68 to more than 350 employees and revenue from 75 million to 220 million dollars, including leading international expansion into five countries in under twelve months. She established the company's rhythm of business, built KPI reporting and financial planning frameworks, and prepared board and executive materials on a recurring basis. She held full P and L responsibility for major programs, coordinated execution across Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, IT, and Product, and developed project management tools that were adopted organization wide.

Anh's core competencies include rhythm of business design, organizational scaling, cross functional leadership, financial planning and KPI reporting, board communications, and data driven decision making.
