ST. Elizabeth's Parcels 7, 8 & 9

The Menkiti Group was selected by the DC Government to redevelop three parcels on the campus of St. Elizabeths East, home of the historic St. Elizabeths Hospital. Located in the Congress Heights neighborhood, approximately three miles from the U.S. Capitol, the project site is directly across the street from the St. Elizabeths West Campus, location of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s consolidated headquarters.

Currently home to the District’s Entertainment & Sports Arena, the new mixed-use development program for St. Elizabeths East will include single-family and multi-family residential uses, retail, commercial office space for a variety of community-serving non-profit organizations, and the new headquarters for the DC Department of Behavioral Health.
