The Menkiti Group has executed 97 single family home (SFH) projects since its founding in 2004.
Our sale team, MG Residential has been a key partner in the acquisition and sale of these assets. The average square footage of each project is around 2,450 SF, with an average acquisition price of $437,000, and average sale price of $595,000.
While the majority of the projects have been located in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington, DC, the company has invested across the District with 67% of the projects located in NE, DC; 28% located in NW, DC; and about 5% located in SE, DC.
