MLK Gateway is a two-phase project that will form the gateway from downtown DC to an emerging and revitalized Anacostia.
Project Description
MLK Gateway is a two-phase project that will form the gateway from downtown DC to an emerging and revitalized Anacostia, connecting the neighborhood's two major commercial corridors, Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and Good Hope Road.
This project is a partnership between The Menkiti Group and DMPED. The second phase will be anchored with DC's Department of Housing and Community Development.
