Co-development of a $10MM 28-unit LIHTC development in 2014 with Dantes Partners
Project Description
The Menkiti Group partnered with Dantes Partners on the development of the Justice Park Apartments, a 9% LIHTC project that included workforce units for individuals and young professionals that earn up to 60% of the Area Median Income. 100% of the apartments were pre-leased at the completion of construction.
A unique feature of the project was the integration of electronic features for the deaf and hearing impaired in select units.
