Early Childhood Academy Public Charter School

The Menkiti Group acted as a fee-developer on behalf of an existing charter school, which needed to expand and modernize its facility.

We acquired a vacant 10,000 SF former church and converted the sanctuary into a cafeteria, gymnasium, and auditorium, while constructing a new 3-story, 30,000 SF academic wing including classrooms and administrative offices to serve 300 students in six grade levels from Pre-K to 3rd Grade.

Achieved LEED Gold certification.
