Fee development of a $20MM LEED Gold facility for an existing charter school
Project Description
The Menkiti Group acted as fee-developer on behalf of an existing charter school which needed to expand and modernize their facility.
The company acquired a vacant 10,000 SF former church and converted the sanctuary into a cafeteria, gymnasium and auditorium. A new 3-story, 30,000 SF academic wing including classrooms and administrative offices was constructed to serve 300 students in six grade levels from Pre-K3 to 3rd Grade.
The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
