Capitol Vista | 810 New Jersey Ave NW (Washington, DC)

The Menkiti Group co- developed the Capitol Vista project with an experienced development team that includes Dantes Partners, Bailey Holdings, and Spectrum Management. Site control was obtained via a ground lease with the District of Columbia and was developed into 104 affordable housing units at 30% and 50% AMI. The project brought much needed affordable housing to the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood.

The project was financed using Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Housing Production Trust Fund financing, and tax exempt bonds. The development commenced construction in October 2018 and delivered Q4 2020.
