Capitol Vista | 810 New Jersey Ave NW

The Menkiti Group co-developed the Capitol Vista project with an experienced development team that includes Dantes Partners, Bailey Holdings, and Spectrum Management. This site was purchased from the District of Columbia and has been developed into 104 affordable housing units at 30% and 50% AMI.

This project brings much-needed affordable housing to the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood. The project was financed using Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Housing Production Trust Fund financing, and tax-exempt bonds.

The development commenced construction in October 2018 and was delivered in Q4 2020.
