4802 – 4824 Rhode Island Ave

Menkiti Group acquired this assemblage of 6 separate commercial buildings in 2019, and carried out an extensive renovation program including new storefront doors and windows, lighting, signs, paint, and siding. This renovation was supported in part by the Redevelopment Authority (RDA) of Prince Geoge's County. The property is home to popular locally-owned businesses including a microbrewery, an artist supply store, hair salon, and real estate office. With renovations complete, we are continuing to fill the remaining spaces with experiential retail businesses that will serve the surrounding community.
