Mike McElaney

As the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for The Menkiti Group, Mike is responsible for the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of commercial transactions across the enterprise. Based in the firm’s Worcester, MA office, Mike also leads The Menkiti Group’s vision and strategy for the New England region while overseeing commercial leasing on a national basis.

Prior to joining The Menkiti Group, Mike spent over 15 years as a commercial real estate broker representing investors, landlords, and tenants. Most recently, Mike worked at Avison Young, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new business opportunities to establish the firm’s Boston office and grow its New England market share. Prior to Avison Young, Mike spent 12 years at Colliers International.

Throughout his career, Mike has negotiated and structured over five million square feet of investment and leasing transactions across all asset types and on local, national, and international bases.

Mike is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and lives with his wife and four daughters in the suburbs of Boston.
