The Menkiti Group’s Top-Producing Residential Sales Team Announces the Launch of MG Residential

WASHINGTON, DC – The Menkiti Group today announced the launch of MG Residential, a partnership between its Residential Sales Division and Brandon Green Residential, which allows the Menkiti Group to further grow its multi-site residential team. The Menkiti Group’s Residential Division and BGR have closed a combined $1 billion in sales over the past ten years and finished 2014 with a combined production of $125 million.

MG Residential will integrate the members of the Brandon Green Residential Sales Team into the Menkiti Group’s award-winning residential sales division. The addition of the BGR Team, combined with last year’s launch of a Montgomery County team under the leadership of Doug Lunenfeld, and a Commercial team, will enable MG Residential to offer unparalleled client service across the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area.

MG Residential will be managed by Kymber Menkiti, President of Sales at the Menkiti Group. Kymber, along with a talented team of professionals, has led the Menkiti Group’s Sales Team to prominence as one of the country’s elite sales teams, having brokered the sale of over $550 million in residential real estate and has represented clients in over 1000 real estate transactions.

Brandon Green, Founder of BGR, and Bo Menkiti, Founder and CEO of the Menkiti Group, will serve as partners in MG Residential and as strategic advisors to the team.  Mr. Green recently assumed the role of Managing Partner of the KW Capital Properties brokerage, which is operated by the Menkiti Group.

With the addition of members of the BGR Team and its presence in Montgomery County with Doug Lunenfeld’s Team, MG Residential is comprised of 19 agents and staff, including nine Buyer Specialists and three Listing Specialists. Martin Weldon will serve as Managing Director for MG Residential’s Buyer Division, Virginia Gergoff as Managing Director for the Listing Division, and Mary Hodges and Amber Cummer will be co-Directors of the Sales Operations Division.
