WASHINGTON – The CPMG Foundation is proud to partner with Higher Achievement in launching Higher Achievement’s newest Center at Brookland Middle School. The CPMG Foundation is a joint venture between the Menkiti Group and Keller Williams Capital Properties.
Over the past four decades, Higher Achievement has operated its achievement centers in underserved neighborhoods in Washington, DC, with the goal of academically supporting motivated middle school students during the after-school hours and over the summer. Starting in June of 2016, one of these achievement centers, sponsored by the CPMG Foundation, will be at the Brookland Middle School.
The CPMG Foundation was founded by the leadership of both the Menkiti Group, a Brookland-based integrated real estate services firm, and Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP), a real estate brokerage network in DC, MD and VA, with the intent to respond to diverse social needs existing in the National Capital Region.
“We are excited to be a part of launching Higher Achievement’s newest center at Brookland Middle School because it further enhances our Foundation’s mission of transforming lives, careers, and communities. Having owned a business in Brookland for the past 12 years, I consider this a great opportunity for our Foundation to work with middle school children and help them prepare for high school and college,” said Kymber Menkiti, Founder of the CPMG Foundation and President of Sales at the Menkiti Group.
