As a Development Project Manager, based in our Worcester, MA office, Bryon works to bring Menkiti Group’s development projects to fruition. His role spans the development timeline from acquisition to close-out, and often includes interfacing with design professionals, soliciting bids and selecting contractors, and monitoring construction progress.
Prior to joining Menkiti Group, Bryon worked with a ground-up multifamily developer in Western Massachusetts which delivered award-winning, LEED certified communities. He also worked as a leasing agent in the Boston area, helping to guide renters through the process of selecting an apartment in one of the nation’s most competitive rental markets.
Bryon graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in Finance. Originally from Colorado, Bryon enjoys downhill skiing and tries to get in some days every winter. He resides in Worcester, MA.
