Are you ready to box up your snow gear and break out your sandals?
This week of warmer weather and extra hours of daylight is a welcome reminder that spring is near. A season where we spend more time outdoors- whether it’s gardening, playing sports, or socializing – and we interact with our communities and neighbors in a fresh way. Our team has the privilege of working with home-buyers and home-sellers across the DC Metro area every day, and while the physical structure of the house is often our initial focus, it’s often other attractions of an area that make it home.
One of the greatest attractions across the District are our beautiful community parks, where our children play and where we form relationships with neighbors, both old and new. To kick-off spring with a little fun and community service we would like to invite you to join our MG Residential team at Turkey Thicket Recreation Center in Northeast on Saturday, March 12th from 9:00-11:00 am. We’ll socialize with snacks and games, but will also take time to clean-up areas of the park that might need refreshing. Later this month, we’ll also participate in Noyes Park‘s spring kick-off and garden opening! Stay tuned for more details on that.
As a member of a community, we take pride in walking the walk – taking care of one another and our shared resources. As spring begins to blooms, we hope to see more of our friends, neighbors, and clients out and about!
