Brittany Stinney is a licensed REALTOR® in Washington DC and Maryland, and the Client Engagement specialist for the MG Residential team. She has been supporting members of the community in her role as a Realtor since 2019. Brittany’s innate sense of understanding the importance of finding and selling a home quickly and efficiently is largely attributed to the fact that she grew up in a family that moved frequently. Through her own experiences, she also knows the value of having a knowledgeable Realtor who will manage each process with a personal perspective and not just as a transaction. Brittany strives to treat all of her clients with the same perfection that she would demonstrate to her own family members. Her goals are to make sure her clients understand the process, feel heard with any concerns they have, and that client’s interests are always protected. She firmly believes that whether you live somewhere for one year or 30 years, your house should feel like home.

Prior to becoming a full-time REALTOR®, Brittany earned her M.A. and Psy.S. in School Psychology with a concentration in Deafness from Gallaudet University. She began her job as a School Psychologist in the Anchorage School District in Anchorage, Alaska. While she enjoyed the school district and the unique characteristics of Alaska, she desired to move back to Maryland and transitioned to serve as a School Psychologist in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS). Brittany continued to serve the students and families of MCPS until she no longer could ignore her calling to the world of Real Estate. After approximately 10 years of being a School Psychologist, she decided it was time for her to take the leap and she has not looked back since. The skills Brittany learned as a School Psychologist have allowed her to better support her Real Estate clients. Her insight into the school systems also provides a unique perspective when working with families.
