On April 20th, The Menkiti Group Development Team and MG Residential enjoyed a beautiful Saturday East of the River, celebrating the 5th annual Anacostia River Festival.

We were delighted to connect with residents and visitors from all over and share more about our MLK Gateway project, which is edging closer and closer to groundbreaking. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to discuss community needs and desired amenities with current and potential Ward 8 homeowners.

We were joined by our development partner, Enlightened, INC, a tech company based in Northwest that will be moving their headquarters and 150+ jobs to Historic Anacostia.
