Menkiti Group and Affiliated Brokerage Keller Williams Capital Properties Recognized on the 2014 Inc. 500|5000 Fastest-Growing Privately Held Companies List

WASHINGTON, DC – The Menkiti Group, a DC-based full-service real estate firm dedicated to enhancing the fabric of life in America’s urban neighborhoods through the strategic development, management, and sale of residential and commercial property, today announced that it has been honored on Inc.’s 500|5000 list, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Its sister company, regional real estate brokerage powerhouse, Keller Williams Capital Properties, also earned a position on the 500|5000 list, including a nod for being among the top 20 fastest growing companies in Washington, DC.

The Menkiti Group was founded in 2004 by social entrepreneur Bo Menkiti with a mission to transform lives and communities through real estate. The company’s approach to urban neighborhood transformation is centered upon full service residential and commercial development, residential sales and commercial sales. In 2006, Mr. Menkiti formed the Keller Williams Capital Properties brokerage with partners Carlos Garcia, Brandon Green, Jason Martin and Joel Nelson.
