Getting his start in 2003, Delonte Moore has been in the Real Estate industry for over a decade. Joining the KWCP brokerage in 2006 as a charter agent, Delonte advanced from agent to running the buyer division (with Martin Weldon) when he joined the Menkiti Group in 2007. Delonte’s impressive knowledge and expanded market expertise has assisted a range of clients from first-time buyers to move-up buyers and investors. Until 2014, Delonte was the full-time point person for the sales team, always available to provide insight on how real estate can help achieve client homeownership and wealth building goals. In 2014, that changed when a health crisis emerged for Delonte, setting an unexpected and challenging chain of events. This didn’t stop Delonte. Whether at home or in the hospital, he worked part-time and continued to generate leads and activity for the team. As circumstances mounted, two years later, Delonte found himself in ICU on Independence Day needing a double lung transplant. Still, he continued to assist in closings/sales for his realtor colleagues, like Marie Claire and John Strock, right up until his successful transplant in late Fall. Almost a year since his transplant, Delonte has once again demonstrated his unfaltering determination and dedication to his career. After providing countless assists to his colleagues, the day came for Delonte to be in the office to help clients close on a house! As you can see from the photo, he is all smiles at the celebration moment
From all of us at MG Residential, The Menkiti Group, and Keller Williams Capital Properties, we congratulate you, Delonté, on your first closing and a triumphant return to the role you are so passionate about. We wish you a continued great recovery – and support you from start to finish!
