Buyer Agent Boot Camp Series

In July, Martin Weldon, Managing Director of MG Residential – Buyer Division, launched Menkiti Group’s  Buyer Agent Boot Camp Series.

The Buyer Agent Boot Camp is designed specifically to help MG Residential agents jump-start their career by getting them into high production.  The Buyer Agent Boot Camp course includes 12 training sessions in 30 days and focuses on the buyer side of Menkiti Group’s real estate business. The Boot Camp series has received great interest with a pledge of hard work, discipline, and individual commitment from the Boot Campers.

Martin covers a wide variety of topics such as:

  • Working referrals
  • Social media
  • Farming
  • Expired listings
  • Lead generation and conversion
  • Effective buyer consultations
  • Create buyer urgency
