Mark Rengel

Mark is responsible for leading all Menkiti Group Development Team activities to include acquisition and execution of multi-family and mixed-use projects, a single family housing rehabilitation program, and management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.  Mark brings a broad range of leadership skills and design and construction expertise to the team, having served as an architect and project manager for a wide variety of institutional clients such as the Army Corps of Engineers, US Air Force, US Navy, US Department of State, Architect of the Capitol, National Park Service, Smithsonian Institution, Gallaudet University, and the District of Columbia Superior Courts.

Mark is a licensed architect and LEED accredited professional and a former Captain in the United States Air Force.  He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors from the University of Notre Dame.  Mark is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is credentialed by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
