Brian Daugherty

Brian has been a key member of the Menkiti Group Development Team since 2009.  In his current role as Assistant Project Manager, Brian leads the design phase for all single-family home rehabilitation projects and commercial tenant improvement projects.  His enthusiasm for design and the rehabilitation of existing buildings is represented in his work to create high-quality, mid-market residential housing and neighborhood-serving commercial properties.

Brian graduated from Arizona State University’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design and is a certified LEED Green Associate.  He currently resides in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood and is committed to smart growth and transit-oriented community development.
