Prior to forming The Menkiti Group and Keller Williams Capital Properties, Mr. Menkiti served as Chief Operating Officer of College Summit, a national non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the college enrollment rate of low-income students where he oversaw the organization's growth into a multi-site national organization.

Mark is responsible for leading all Menkiti Group Development Team activities to include acquisition and execution of multi-family and mixed-use projects, a single family housing rehabilitation program, and management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.  Mark brings a broad range of leadership skills and design and construction expertise to the team, having served as an architect and project manager for a wide variety of institutional clients such as the Army Corps of Engineers, US Air Force, US Navy, US Department of State, Architect of the Capitol, National Park Service, Smithsonian Institution, Gallaudet University, and the District of Columbia Superior Courts.

Justin Sprinzen, Director of Single Family Homes, brings an extensive array of experience in project management and leadership to the Menkiti Group.  From 1996 until 2000, Justin worked in the legal field for three DC Metro area law firms.  Justin first worked as a Litigation Legal Assistant for Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering LLP where he got experience assisting in trial dispositions and research in addition to supervising project team members.  Justin then transitioned to a Corporate and Tax Paralegal role and worked for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and then Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.  It was during this time that Justin started dabbling in real estate and purchased and rehabbed 7 residential properties while he worked on Capitol Hill.

From 1999 through 2007, Mr. Crocker served as a Project Manager in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, where he served as the point person for the Deputy Mayor’s office on such projects as the Home depot and Giant Food Store on Brentwood Road, the New York Avenue Metro Station, and the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives Headquarters. He also helped to launch the Home Again program and worked on both the Downtown Residential Tax Abatement program and the Downtown Retail TIF (Tax Increment Financing) program.

Becky Mungo

Becky Mungo joined the Menkiti Group in June 2009.  She currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Bo Menkiti.  In this capacity, she plays a key role in the company supporting the CEO in crucial decisions affecting the direction of all aspects of all business units within the organization.  She serves as a point of contact for the CEO and assists the Operations Department with the day-to-day functions of the office by coordinating the logistical and operational planning for the organization.  Becky is a native Washingtonian and currently lives in the Bloomingdale neighborhood.

Isaline joined the Menkiti Group in February 2010 as Financial Administrator.

Her responsibilities include the day to day functions of the finances for eight of the group entities. She maintains financial operations procedures, policies and guidelines and provides support to the Director of Finance. As a member of the operation team Isaline also works on projects related to Public Relations/Marketing.

Isaline graduated from Georgetown University in 2009 with a double major in Finance and Marketing.

Charles View, Office Coordinator, provides operational support for the Internal Operations Department, the Sales Team, and the Commercial Division.  Before joining the Menkiti Group full time, Charles interned with the organization during his summer and winter breaks while studying at Morehouse College. While an intern Charles supported the public relations initiatives for the Menkiti Group, assisted in the creation of systems and manuals for the Development Team and created promotional presentations and videos for the organization. Charles has also begun training as a Commercial Agent.

Charles is a native Washingtonian who is a recent graduate of Morehouse College with a degree in Economics.
