As Managing Partner of Keller Williams Capital Properties, Brandon guides the regional operations of the Washington, DC-based brokerage, including organizational strategy, corporate growth, leadership, and talent development.

Brandon began his real estate career in 2001 as an agent, selling $12 million in real estate in his first year in the business. In 2004 he founded Brandon Green Residential, a nationally ranked sales team responsible for selling hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate across the Washington, D.C. area.

In 2006, Brandon co-founded the Keller Williams Capital Properties brokerage as Principal Broker along with CEO Bo Menkiti and partners Carlos Garcia, Jason Martin and Joel Nelson. Brandon became Managing Director of the KWCP flagship D.C. office in 2011, until the fall of 2014 when he assumed the role of Managing Partner for the company. Under Brandon’s leadership the Washington, DC office seized the No. 1 slot in office unit market share and has been widely praised for its productivity and unique culture. In 2016 KWCP conducted more than 5,000 transactions, and had over $2.1 billion in sales volume, moving KWCP to stand among the top brokerages in the country.
