Founded in 2004 on the four core values of: Knowledge, Teamwork, Community and Excellence, The Menkiti Group is a Real Estate Services Company dedicated to enhancing the fabric of life in America's urban neighborhoods through the strategic development, management and sale of mid-market residential and commercial property. While the Company has done work in Maryland, Virginia, and Massachusetts, it has primarily focused on Washington DC's emerging urban markets in general and the Northeast DC submarket in particular.

The Menkiti Group consists of a residential and commercial development arm, a residential real estate brokerage, and a specialized real estate sales and marketing team. The development arm of the Menkiti Group has developed over 22,000 square feet of residential and 11,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial in the Brookland/NE DC submarket over the past two years and currently has another 23,000-38,000 square feet in the planning process. The brokerage arm of the organization owns the Washington DC franchise rights for Keller Williams Realty, the fourth largest residential Real Estate company in the US, and recently launched the first 2 Keller Williams Washington, DC offices. The Sales and Marketing arm of the Menkiti Group specializes in representing young professionals, first time homebuyers and investors and has brokered the sale of over $60 million in residential and commercial real estate in the DC area since 2004.
