Commercial Corridor Revitalization
The development team renovates vacant, abandoned and under utilized retail/commercial properties along commercial corridors, focusing on creating exciting “neighborhood retail” for residents in DC’s emerging neighborhoods. The team believes that the economic strength of a community can be improved through its small businesses and so they work to revitalize urban corridors by providing attractive and functional retail/commercial spaces for business owners and attracting exciting new retail and commercial opperations for residents.
